(Wellness Systems, $14.95). Smith is a certified personal trainer, instructor and author who teaches at Equinox and Canyon Ranch in Miami Beach. She also is host of Jessica Smith TV , where you can find online workouts. There are two 30-minute workouts on the DVD, the latest in her Walk On series. The first is Stride & Strength, a 30-minute walking workout that includes strength training and high-intensity interval training. Its the more intense of the two workouts. All you need is a set of dumbbells. The second workout is Fusion Walk, and you dont even need shoes for it.
